History

The main thing about any restaurant is experience, and that is one thing Martin and Lulu said they had. They have had years of food preparation experience and it's something they enjoy doing. Martin mentions that early in this project he used to make tacos (especially fish tacos) for free for his dear neighbors in his community. Surely enough he got recommended by his fellow neighbors that it would be a good idea to start a business, where he would actually profit from making such delicious food.

Lulu, a pillar of Tacos Baja success recalls when she decided to go “all in” and really make a statement so people can discover and enjoy their secret-recipe-tacos.

Martin considered this possibility and decided to go for it. It was him and his wife, Lourdes, who decided to go into this business together. Mission

Mister Martin, from Tacos Baja has traveled to numerous sites where the fish taco is served and he knows his business very well. One exceptional thing about Mister Martin is his outlook or his mission.

First of all, he mentioned that the fish taco needs to be given more emphasis, just like something common like a regular taco. He has tasted fish tacos from other places and he knows what’s missing in them; a special spice he knows goes well with the taco. Next is the quality in his food. He likes working in a nice, clean environment so his guests feel welcome. Finally, he sees expansion in this business and aims to be the best provider of fish tacos and other foods in Los Angeles. Simply put, this man has simple objectives with huge resolves.
